You've used AI. Now come mess with it. You've probably used ChatGPT, but there's a whole other side of AI where you can actually get your hands on the model itself. These are open-weight models. You can download them, run them on your own machine, experiment with them, and build things on top of them. At Hacktoberfest Karachi, we're going to do exactly that.
No booooring lectures, maybe some slides (very few). Just build it, break it, figure it out. We'll get an open-weight model running, play around with it, and see what we can make it do.
Bring the annoying task you do every week. Bring the weird idea you've been thinking about. Bring the thing you keep saying, "surely AI could do this." Then build an agent for it. You could be a founder, operator, marketer, designer, product person, analyst, or just someone who gets unreasonably excited about building cool shit. You don't need to code or understand the depth of AI. Just bring your laptop and something you want to try.
Food, stickers, and access to an open-weight AI model like Gemma. Come build. Break it. Figure it out.
